StoryGraph's custom tags feature can help you organise your books, whether you want to create shareable recommendations lists or filter your To-Read Pile by a certain trope or theme.
To create a new tag, click here on any book:
In the box that appears, simply type the title of your new tag and hit enter when done:
Then click Update to save and close:
Next time you click the tag icon, your previously created tags will appear in a list that you can easily add to books. Click the little pencil icon to add new custom tags to books with existing tags.
You can create as many tags as you want. Tags can then be viewed and managed from Profile > Tags. To edit, delete, or make a tag public, click into it from your Profile, then hit the Edit symbol:
From here you can rename tag, edit the list title, make it publicly shareable, and delete it altogether:
You can use your tags to filter your various lists such as 'to-read' and 'read'. We also generate a chart for everyone based on their most-used tags of that time period:
Plus users can see stats for their individual tags, as well as use them to create their own custom charts!
